After an accident that fracturred of my vertabraes my chiropractor suggested I try yoga Not my st choice after training in body building! I found this wonderful teacher in the Pacific Palisades and this is where my journey began My yoga training took place in in a yurt on the side of a hill in the Palisades with Michelle Mazur The drive to get to class was aspiring! Heat of the sun or pouring rain we all walked thru the bushes on that pebbled path off the side of the road to get to the yurt for our training After my training I focused on private sessions in my community and surrounding cities In I began teaching in- studio in Monrovia Glendora and Pasadena One of the studios I was teaching at closed and another was having financial problems I began to manifest what I had longed to achieve Opening a yoga studio that offered a sense of safety love and present awareness A sanctuary where people feel safe and nurtured in all stages of their lives "Real Yoga for Real People" Its just that simple! In February of my business license was finally approved! Yoga Path Wellness is conveniently located in the medical arts building and we are recognized as a health related service by the city of Glendora A miraculous achievement for yoga! And the journey continues Love & Light Adele.
