Alyse Bensel recently completed her 500-hour YTT with Vira Bhava Yoga.
She teaches weekly at Brevard Yoga and Brevard College, where she is an associate professor of English and director of the Looking Glass Rock Writers' Conference. Alyse is a widely published poet and also writes essays, book reviews, and critical works on poetics and teaching pedagogy. During the warmer months, she spends her time in the mountains with the mosses and waterfalls.
