My love of yoga began at a young age, with a small booklet of asanas in Woman's Day Magazine.
As a lifelong student, I have completed many different yoga and meditation trainings. I currently hold an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance and a CMT 100 with Meditation Alliance International. I have also completed a certificate program in trauma-informed yoga. Additionally, I have certificates in several forms of energy work including the honor of being one of only a few Oceanic Reiki Masters. My classes are gentle, trauma-informed, and appropriate for all ages and experience levels. My true passion lies in the Savasana, the meditation at the end of a class. My classes reflect this, with flowing asanas to stretch the physical body while awakening the energetic body. This flow leads us to end in a deep meditation where we can rebalance and reconnect with our whole selves as spiritual beings. If my style resonates with you, find me on Facebook @PaintedTurleYoga.
