Yoga has strengthened me in every way: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It has carried me through the most challenging times of my life, including the unexpected death of my beloved husband in 2018, and the tragic death of another very close family member that same year.♥ I received my 200-hour RYT certification in September 2019 from Ganesha's Yoga and Wellness, and started teaching immediately after graduation. I taught at several yoga studios and other popular venues in the Triad area of North Carolina (including the Piedmont Triad Farmer's Market at Sandy Ridge) before opening my own brick-and-mortar studio, Deep Soul Yoga + Sauna, in October 2024.♥ Yoga is truly my greatest passion in life and my favorite thing to do! I have a deep respect and appreciation for ALL styles of yoga and meditation, and I enjoy continuous practice, study and learning more each day.♥ Teaching yoga gives me the opportunity to connect with others on a deep heart level and make a profoundly positive difference in people’s lives. Sharing the time-honored, incredibly transformative practice of yoga is the most rewarding pastime I can imagine! I am profoundly honored and grateful for the opportunity to share yoga’s immense benefits and improve the quality of life for as many people as possible!
