Angela has been a lover of all forms of exercise from an early age.
Over the years, she has explored aerobics, running, lifting weights, biking, swimming, Zumba, and other fitness programs, and then, she found...YOGA. After just a few classes with an RYT200 instructor, Angela fell in love with yoga and the mental and physical benefits it provides. Shortly after, she enrolled in Arkansas Yoga Center’s nine-month, 200-hour teacher training program in Fayetteville, AR, which she completed in 2012. Registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT200 since 2013, Angela has taught at the Joplin Family Y, The Hive, and Downtown Yoga in Joplin, and subs for Maitri Yoga and Yoga Deza in Fayetteville. In 2021, she completed her 50-hour AIReal aerial certification and began teaching beginner aerial yoga at Cocoon Yoga Lab at 8th Street Market in Bentonville, AR. She also teaches private sessions by appointment at Salt of Life Natural Health in Rogers, AR.
