Meditation came to me just at the right time when I needed it during college as I was starting to experience an overload of stress In I started practicing and realized the benefits immediately I started teaching in and taught it to all the athletic folks I trained over the years As an exercise scientist athletic performance trainer and athlete the wisdom of the different styles and concepts within yoga have proven invaluable time and time again to aid in a healthier modern day lifestyle My passion for movement recovery and empowering the human spirit has given me the opportunity to coach many people in different walks of life I have a deep understanding of and am certified in Traumatic Stress Resiliency and Healing with Yoga I am also a certified Role Model Method Trainer so lets ROLL! : Love is THE answer.
