She guides her students on an inner journey to explore the breadth of both these wellness systems through their own hearts, minds and bodies. Ashley has been teaching yoga and serving her community as an Ayurvedic chef and nutrition wellness educator since 2016. As a lifelong student and soon-to-be first-time mom, Ashley shares these teachings from a place of lived experience and genuine relatability- she wholeheartedly trusts in the power of these ancient practices to support our fast-paced, modern lives.Yoga found Ashley at the young age of 20, during a time when she was seeking greater purpose and a more sustainable middle path through life’s ups and downs. It has since become the foundation of both her personal and professional path. Her down-to-earth approach to health and wellbeing invites her students to return to a state of wholeness. “The journey of becoming who we want to be is rooted in embracing who we are now.”
