I’ve been in the rehab/prehab industry for over 10 years. From teaching fitness with group exercise classes, functional yoga, foot centric functional 1:1 work, to sports rehab and prenatal prep. I’ve worked with and helped people from all walks of life with all kinds of pains and conditions. In addition to teaching movement, I grew up a competitive gymnast for the first half of my life. It’s safe to say you can find me upside-down on everything or blasting music and dancing like a maniac. FEEL. MOVE. EXPLORE. I take a holistic approach when it comes to chronic pain and body function. Your brain and body work as one, therefore we need to train BOTH in order to create new movement habits to enact real long term change in your feet and whole body. I help others maximize their movement, increase athletic performance and make life easier with less aches and pains by treating the individual in front of me and not just their pain/symptom. I always meet people where they’re at, helping them build their own resilient body while decreasing their risk of injury. I don't care if you've practiced yoga for 15 years, or have never have taken a class... My style is unlike any class you've ever taken as we incorporate sensory, functional and exploration of movements, with stress relief techniques that immediately create internal change. ✅ My coaching is rooted in functional movement, nervous system regulation and body weight barefoot training .
