I am a registered yoga teacher with yoga alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a registered yoga school.
I am insured with beyogi.com & graduated teacher training in September of 2020. I have also completed training, in Yin yoga in May 2021, as well as trauma informed yoga in December of 2020 and 300 hour yoga teacher training in August of 2023. Also, in April of 2023, I became a certified traditional Reiki practitioner, having attained initiation into the lineage of Usui Ryoho lineage of Reiki practitioners, the title, rights, and responsibility of Second Degree Reiki
