200 RYT Yoga Instructor, Barre Above Certified Instructor, Yoga Shred® Certified Bailey developed a passion for yoga during her very first class in 2015.
She decided to try yoga in hopes of finding a new way to create space and calmness in the hectic schedule of being a public-school art teacher and dance instructor. Bailey immediately fell in love with the breath-to-body connection that yoga has to offer and how it quiets her mind. Bailey’s passion for dance, movement, and yoga led her to take her practice to the next level by getting certified to teach and share her love of yoga with others. Bailey completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification at Bloom Yoga School in Southington, CT. Through teaching and her own practice, Bailey has discovered that the breath to body connection found on the mat, can be just as meaningful in daily life off the mat, and enjoys sharing that with others. Bailey enjoys offering yoga classes where students of all abilities can enjoy the comforts of a warm and friendly environment while working on strength, flexibility and balance.
