Bailey Hall is an alumni of Long Beach School of Yoga where she trained under the instruction of Ram Bhakt RYT Before she fell in love with yoga Bailey grew up training to be a professional dancer and completed her Associates Degree of Fine Arts in Dance at Allan Hancock College With her knowledge of western anatomy body awareness and movement theory Bailey incorporates dance technique into her yoga classes for increased attention to safety and flexibility training Aside from teaching yoga Bailey is also a sustainable lifestyle consultant and a professional figure model at various universities museums and private studios in Southern California In her spare time she enjoys organizing and attending animal rights events reading cooking as well as learning more about veganism the zero-waste movement minimalism and other social justice issues.
