Beatrice was first introduced to yoga and meditation at age 6 while living in Japan. Beatrice has studied with teachers of many yoga styles both in the US and while living in an ashram in India. She teaches at, and is the owner of, Willow Tree Yoga, an intimate studio in Rockland County NY that she opened in 2006. For Beatrice, yoga is not just a practice, but a way of life, that influences every aspect of her daily living, impacting her decisions and guiding her actions every step of the way, on this sacred journey of inner discovery. She believes that Yoga is for EVERY BODY, and she welcomes students from all walks of life, never taking herself too seriously, infusing classes with humor and compassion.
