I began a serious yoga practice after being referred by my Doctor I was diagnosed with serious conditions that were expected to have a very dire outcome Yoga restored my health and I was able to return to my active lifestyle I became an instructor because I am passionate about teaching people how to change their lives through the practice of yoga! I am an experienced and highly trained yoga instructor with the designations of E-RYT RYT and YACEP Continuing Education Provider I hold multiple specialty certifications in Chair yoga Yin Kids Restorative Power meditation Vinyasa Hatha and more With a background in teaching and a degree in elementary education I have always had a passion for inspiring others My teaching Style is light and playful as I aim to empower you and to guide you down the pathway to the joy of your childhood My years of experience and training inform my classes and my passion inspires me to teach my clients the path of yoga from the inside out.
