About
Carol O’Brien is an intuitive healer, educator, and guide within the wellness community, with over two decades of devoted experience. She began supporting others on their healing journeys in 2003 and quickly discovered her soul’s calling—witnessing transformation through natural medicine, mindful movement, and energy work.
Carol is a Reiki Master Healer (2003), Vibrational Sound Healing Therapist (2017), 200-hour ERYT (2020), and 500-hour RYT (2024). With more than six years of focused study in Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory under teachers Jennifer Raye, Lauren Walker, Blaine Wilkes, and the Eden Energy Medicine lineage, she has found her dharma in supporting the healing process within herself and her community. You can find Carol leading weekly yoga classes at her studio in Colorado Springs, Colorado, offering private yoga and energy sessions in her home immersion rooms, guiding group energy coaching events, facilitating Reiki trainings, sharing vibrational healing, and teaching yoga teacher trainings and continuing education programs. She is continually creating expansive offerings that nurture both individual and collective growth. As a leader in the wellness field, Carol holds space with compassion and clarity. Through Usui Reiki trainings, Yoga, Vibrational Sound Therapy, and Energy Medicine techniques, she invites students to explore their relationship with energy in a way that feels safe, empowering, and deeply personal. Carol honors each person exactly where they are on their path, creating a sacred container for healing, curiosity, and transformation.Outside of her offerings, Carol is a devoted mother, partner, and animal lover who cherishes time spent in nature, reading, and tending to her own spiritual practices. She finds deep joy in quiet moments with her pups, Kali and Noks, and in the steady, heart-opening presence of her horse, Oliver. Whether she’s on a trail ride, sharing space with her animals, or simply enjoying peaceful time with her family, these moments keep her grounded, nourished, and connected to the work she loves.
