Carol has always had a passion for health and fitness While working full time at a corporate job she also taught various Group Fitness classes in the evenings for over years She went on to create a Wellness Program and became the Wellness Coordinator at a nationally known corporation During her tenure of teaching Group Fitness yoga came into the picture and she was hooked “Yoga can be whatever you need it to be You can clear your mind ease pain sleep better and get stronger!” After a few years of not teaching she realized how much she missed it Now an RYT Carol is ready to share her passion and encourage others to honor their bodies.
