My name is Cheryl Hemmert and my spiritual name is Maha Prem Kaur which means great love and compassion I primarily teach Kundalini Yoga however I also practice and teach Yin Yang Flow Senior Chair Yoga and basic Hatha Yoga I am a Senior Teacher Trainer for Ravianayoga and an International presenter at yoga teacher trainings and Yoga festivals I have been meditating since I was years old I received a strong foundation for my practice while living on The Big Island of Hawaii while meditating with the Tibetan Monks at the Nechung Dorje Ling Wood Valley Temple & Retreat I love sharing how my practice keeps me feeling so vibrant vital and alive Teaching techniques to reduce stress achieve mental clarity and increase happiness and comfort in the bodies we have been given I also love moving energy and creating a relaxing space My goals are to continue to learn and grow while I share my practice until I leave this body helping all who seek to begin or deepen their practice Yin and Yang  Stretch & Flow Alternating between stillness and movement Postures will be based on animals and the five elements of energy This is offered more as an art form and not an exact science Our focus will be on returning to our natural true self through breath and movement in a way that does not demand conformity rigidity or intellectualizing Aquarian Sadhana An early morning spiritual practice One hour of Kundalini Yoga followed by one hour of singing/chanting Aquarian Mantras Practiced in communities around the world Amplifies the practitioners meditative practice and increases collective consciousness Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Combines breath techniques dynamic movement mantra rhythm and sound to work on all levels of our being Teaching you the art of relaxation self healing and elevation You will leave feeling spiritually open and connected to yourself and the world around you This class is for all levels of fitness beginners welcome!
