Her purpose is to help people connect with their bodies, their breath, and to something greater. Her passion for yoga and nature lead her to guiding weekly outdoor group classes in Delray and throughout South Florida - on the beach during sunrise and sunset, and on farms with little goats to name a few. When she's not teaching outside, you can find her holding weekly zoom classes or volunteering at Recovery Through Repetition for donation based vinyasa flows. Corey's favorite way to teach yoga is through one-on-one sessions
