About

Anatomy lover and fitness enthusiast here! I have a strong background in anatomy being a full time Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009.

I began practicing yoga in 2011 and my desire to move and flow into different shapes has only grown ever since. I completed my 200HR YTT in 2016 to deepen my own practice and then began teaching in the fall of 2018. In 2019 I introduced aerial sling into my practice and in the fall of 2020 I took a YTT for aerial yoga and have been teaching it ever since. I enjoy teaching all levels of people and I love adding a little bit of heat to my practice! My classes are a judgement free zone- I always emphasize that I am merely a guide and how important it is to listen to your own body and to how its feeling in that moment. The "peak pose" is not the goal! The goal is to feel good as you practice- everything else will follow. <3
