I’m a 500hr registered yoga instructor. I live in Gonzales,LA currently. I teach out of Sculpt Fitness in Slidell as well as for Love More Hot Yoga in Covington. I do offer in person classes as well as virtual. I also teach Paddleboard yoga both classes and privates. Currently working on my BUTI yoga certification. I’m also Reiki certified for in person and distant sessions.
