My Background: 2013 was the year I took control over my own health.
I enrolled in an online Nutrition school IIN and took the leap to learn more about yoga for my own health benefits. A few years later I left a career I had loved for 30 years and embarked on a new career of educating and guiding others in the benefits of yoga and how to lead a healthier lifestyle through workshops, private sessions and weekly group classes. I continue to learn and explore natural ways to a healthier and more balanced life. My Work History: Cosmetology field for 30 years where I educated many hairdresser while working for a major hair color company. I owned my own studio before traveling around to various surrounding towns to help their communities discover the benefits of yoga and healthier lifestyles. My Interests: Enjoying my grandkids, learning, reading, gardening, wine, healthy cooking and enjoying the beauty of God's world.
