Debbie is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200).
Her first yoga experience was in 2013 when a friend invited her to Spirit Rising Yoga. In 2016 she deepened her practice with Lisa Shumway's 200 hour teacher training and discovered the spiritual side of yoga. Debbie has continued to learn by studying with Dianne Bondy (Yoga for All), Carrie Gaynor (Fascial Stretch), and earned her Level 1 Yin Certification with Lynne Baum. Debbie loves to use props, chairs, and walls to help her students gain access to a variety of poses.
