Deepali Patel

RYT, 95 hr. RCYT, and Reiki Master. Her life’s work has been to help, teach, and guide her students of all ages to find center and balance between mind and body—both on and off the mat. Deepali embodies the belief that the benefits of yoga and meditation can be enjoyed by ALL, and teaches hatha yoga classes inclusive of all ages, bodies, levels, and backgrounds. She obtained all 500 hrs. of her training and became certified at the highly esteemed Himalayan Institute of Yoga Science and Philosophy in PA. During her time in PA, Deepali taught both adult classes at the headquarters of the global yoga platform YogaInternational.com (you can see her featured on their homepage), and classes for children in the Wayne Highlands school district. Her passion for teaching and working with kids inspired her to develop an innovative yoga curriculum for school children. She currently teaches yoga full time in a middle school, and serves as a guest faculty member for numerous online and in-person 200 and 300 hr. yoga teacher training programs.
