l have taught at two yoga studios in Half Moon Bay California; teaching Yin to Gentle Flow to Level - VinyasaI love teaching yoga I am first a student of yoga and continue to learn right along with my students I have had the opportunity to study with Bhavani Maki of Yoga Hanalei as well as Natalie Hanson of Enso They both have helped strengthen my yogic foundation in asana as well as philosophy I now live and teach in Galveston Texas I am fortunate once again to have become a part of the dedicated group of students and teachers in this community I also created a yoga class that meets on the beach We do asana meditation as well as walk along the coastside incorporating all of our senses!.
