Dorothy Fizzell has been practicing yoga for over 40 years, and it is a big part of who she is. She is a certified yoga teacher (ERYT500), and is a teacher trainer for the 200 hour Teacher Training Program of the South Okanagan Yoga Academy. She is registered with SOYA - South Okanagan Yoga Academy in Canada - and with IYTA - International Yoga Teacher's Association in Australia. Dorothy has taught yoga in the Okanagan and in Greater Vancouver, for beginners, athletes, children and anyone else who wants to better understand how to ‘be’ in this busy society.
