About
Born and raised in Russia, I made my way to the Oregon Coast in 2008, and in 2009, I answered the call of yoga.
After over a decade of practice, I earned my RYT-200 certification under Suzanne Davis at Love Yoga studio in Albany, Oregon. My life has been a blend of resilience and growth, shaped by early hardships and adult challenges—immigrating to a new country and losing my husband in a car accident. Today, I stand with deep gratitude, fully embracing my roles as a counselor-in-training, an artist, a yoga teacher, and a proud mother. With the wisdom of yoga and the support of 12-step programs, I walk a healing path alongside a community of kindred spirits.Yoga has been my anchor, helping me navigate the depths of past traumas. It’s given me the strength to face hard emotions and experiences with compassion and mindfulness, turning reactivity into peaceful presence.I believe yoga’s transformative power is boundless—whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional balance, physical strength, flexibility, or even weight management, a dedicated practice guided by a skilled teacher can unlock all of this. I’m honored to help my students in Lincoln City discover these benefits and cultivate harmony between body, mind, and spirit.Join me on the mat as we journey toward self-discovery and holistic well-being.
