She holds nationally recognized certifications as a personal training, industry-standard exercise formats, and is a first-degree Dan in Tae Kwon Do and Kobudo weapons. She loves to practice various Yoga formats that will challenge you and help you connect with your inner self. She dedicated her entire fitness career to helping others achieve their fitness goals. The fitness industry has always been her passion. Her utmost reward is having the opportunity to help change lives one individual at a time and one session at a time. She believes it is a true blessing when someone tells her that they have stopped taking medication or no longer feel pain, just feeling overall fabulous, and are able to do what they love.
