Hi my name is Libby Schwartz and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I am also a certified physical therapist with my Doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). Yoga has been a huge passion of mine over the last several years. I hope to connect yoga with therapeutic exercise in order to work towards a more comprehensive approach to health and fitness.
