Hello and welcome fellow yogi, My name is Emily Gatz, I am a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor as well as kids yoga certified.
I have been practicing yoga since 2012, each year I have deepened my practice. I hope we can grow and learn together. My background includes a Red Cross certification as a Water Safety Instructor and have worked as a private swim instructor for seven years. With this, I have experience with a wide range of ages from 16 months to 65 plus and needs. Therefore, I will bring in my knowledge of accommodations into the studio.
