Gemma Sullivan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Gemma has her own unique style of instruction that she offers at her lovely yoga studio in Kamloops established in July 2016. She intuitively modifies her classes to complement the ability level of her students, creating a safe space for all. She is qualified to teach a variety of styles and classes including Gentle, Hatha, Vinyasa and Prenatal. However if you ever have the pleasure of attending one of her Restorative classes you will come away with a sense of peace, relaxation and rejuvenation in both body and mind. Her voice is incredibly relaxing and the element that makes this her trademark class. Always welcoming and inclusive, she strikes a wonderful balance between focus and concentration, along with playfulness and lightheartedness.
