I am certified through the Bhogah Yoga School at the 500-hour level, having completed original training in 2013.
I have experienced firsthand how yoga changes a person’s quality of life and their response to life’s challenges, and hope to share the trans-formative power of yoga in my classes. I assist at yoga events and bring this knowledge from the wide range of study into each of my classes. Love volunteering my time at many yoga events throughout the US and hope to one day expand that to international. Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT) with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level and have been leading yoga classes since 2013.
