Yoga being a life force engages the mind spirit breath and of course the body in asanas It is my intention to incorporate all of those elements in every yoga class whether a vigorous Vinyasa Flow or a gentle Yin Yoga class By doing so yoga can become the life-changing practice it is meant to be Ive used that intention for nearly years in classes as a successful Group Fitness instructor During that time Ive also embraced the challenge of working with participants of all skill levels physical ability and age As a graduate of Hour YTT from Ignite Yoga I have a solid base of yoga knowledge and look forward to growing that knowledge even more in both teaching and a daily personal practice.
