I have been a student of yoga since 2007, when I purchased my first book on mindfulness practices and yoga based in the lineage of Hatha yoga.
I have a deep passion for learning all aspects of yoga from various yoga lineages, so that when I teach, I can connect with and spark understanding with as many students as possible. I have been been leading yoga and mindfulness private programs, group classes, workshops and retreats since 2009. I am dedicated to developing experiences that awaken connection to all aspects of the body; physical, emotional, subtle and spiritual. The practices I share with others comes from my teachers as well as my own transformation and deeply spiritual self-study and I am honored to hold space for others’ own transformation and awakening. Through yoga, meditation and self -study, we deepen our connection to our authentic selves, we blossom our connection to one another and the world around us and we begin to appreciate that we are so much more than our bodies- we are infinite and ever evolving. Accessing this divine unity through yoga is nourishment for our bodies, our minds and our Souls. May we happy...May we be healthy...May we be peaceful...May we be FREE. May our practice serve others.
