Heidi Sherwin is a caring and highly skilled yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance at the ERYT-200 and R-PYT levels.
She has taught for the 3rd Street Yoga 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at BlissBlissBliss since 2011, and is honored to now serve as the Lead Instructor for the program under her business name, Moonbow Yoga and Wellness. Her sincere, fun and creative approach to teaching and mentoring invites others to flow with more grace and positivity. Heidi honors the time she shares with her students, and recognizes that they are often her greatest teachers. In her classes, she integrates the physical and spiritual roots of yoga, while also blending in her love of creative movement, playful expression, and awakened breathing. Heidi aims to provide a positive space where everyone can feel safe and joyful as they journey on their path of yoga. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification program with 3rd Street Yoga and her Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Certification through Yoga Matrika.
