Holly grew up in a strong dance tradition and came to yoga twenty years ago. Her powerful classes combine insightful meditations, creative sequencing, and a spirit of playfulness to help deepen one's practice. Holly guides students at their own pace to help them remove obstacles in their bodies so that they are able to more comfortably move through their lives. One of Holly's favorite yoga studios is in Breckenridge, CO with windows that look out at the mountains - reminders of the majesty of the natural world. When not practicing yoga, Holly loves to hike, read, listen to music, travel, and to try new recipes and eat. Her family and friends are the loves of her life. Yoga can be for everyone. Whether your goal is to become stronger, more flexible, or more fearless both on and off the mat, yoga can be a great addition to any lifestyle or exercise routine.
