I would love to guide you on your journey - living beyond limits! I am a RYT 500 and have completed iRest® 1 training and love guiding yoga nidra to overcome trauma and elicit optimal well being and expansive consciousness. I am developing yoga/nature tours and workshops to combine explorations of inner and outer nature. I teach chair yoga, vinyasa flow, yin, restorative, heart centered practices and also facilitate guided meditations. With a PhD in Physiology and a background teaching at UC Berkeley, researching anti-inflammatories, I love exploring the area where science and the spiritual practice of yoga overlap and am ever curious about natural ways to tap into our innate powers of holistic well being.
