I have been practicing for about 3 years.
I went through Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my practice and my mindfulness. As I went through this process I realized I wanted to share my gift of Yoga with others. You can be taught yoga asanas, you can not be taught how to be a Yogi. I am a yogi. I genuinely care about others and love to help people out in any way possible. I am a successful businessman and father of 2. I welcome working with anyone with meditation & yoga. Through a well thought out and mindful practice to fulfill anyones objective in their own practice regardless of experience.
