My commitment to serve people in my community allows me to be results-driven and goal-oriented. Furthering my skillset and personal yoga practice, I completed a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance recognized course in hopes of complimenting the knowledge gained as a massage therapist to better provide a well-rounded approach. With confidence in the education I received, I take this opportunity as a yoga instructor to guide and share in the knowledge I have gained, while maintaining an open mind and learning from students. It is crucial to care for each individual student- to see them, hear them, have empathy and take action for them along their wellness path. With this philosophy in mind, I strive to maximize my current skills by providing an inclusive approach and creating a space where others may join me in their practice, not be judged by me. I encourage exploration of poses and value each expression students find within my guided classes. I am comfortable guiding variations of poses and sequences to allow students an opportunity to find the confidence and grace within their movement. By bringing my best everyday, I allow others the opportunity to achieve their best.
