My name is Janet Novotny and I am a Traditional Naturopathic (ND), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP), Certified Reflexologist, and Loomis Digestive Health Specialist., RYT 500 Yoga Teacher I specialize in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Kids Yoga, Mommy & Baby Yoga, Little One's Yoga I completed my 200 teacher training at Soderworld in Hinsdale Feb 2014.
I completed 500 teacher training hours at Prairie Yoga in Lisle Jan 2016. I specialize in the care of the human spirit and strive to achieve overall wellness for all of my clients. I am also an energy worker and am certified in many different modalities of holistic healing methods. I have been studying the arts of Energy Work for many years. I am passionate about assisting people with the various holistic wellness modalities that I have trained for and became certified in. My ultimate goal is to help people have a more balanced life through holistic support and encouragement. I want to aid people in naturally aligning their body, mind and soul so all three can function in harmony with each other.
