My journey has taken me around the world, where I have had the privilege of hosting numerous yoga retreats and teacher training programs, sharing my passion for yoga with students of all levels. As the founder of the Vibrant Life School of Yoga, I am committed to nurturing the next generation of yoga teachers and practitioners, providing a supportive and enriching environment for growth and exploration. My dedication to wellness and healthy living led me to serve as a brand ambassador for Clean Juice, where I promoted the importance of mindful eating and holistic health. My work has also been featured in esteemed publications such as Yoga Journal and Shape Magazine, highlighting my commitment to sharing the transformative power of yoga.
