A brief yoga journey I first got into the practice of yoga in to help heal from hamstring tightness due to running This is when I realized the true healing and strengthening nature of the practice After practicing for years I really began to also notice the vast amount of things to learn within the yoga community In | decided that I wanted to teach and share what I found as invaluable information with others That led me to my hr training from Sumits Yoga Memphis and then went on to receive my hr training from Destin Yoga Academy Ever since then I have taught with the passion of sharing yoga to all who will let me share I find joy teaching all levels beginners to advanced and all ages I truly believe in the healing power of yoga and the movement of the practice within the body Thank you for letting me share a little about my journey In love and light Nicci Brown.
