I began my health and wellness journey as a yoga student and then as an instructor over a decade ago.
I received my training to become a Thai massage practitioner in 2018. There is a close connection between yoga and Thai massage. It is a beautiful practice that brings balance to both the body and the mind. I fell in love with being a bodyworker and recently decided to get my massage therapy license. I graduated from the Tri-C Massage Therapy program in 2021. In addition to working in health and wellness, I am a wife and mother of two. Licensed Massage Therapist through the State Medical Board of Ohio Certified Thai Massage Practitioner through TTM CLE Certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance, E-RYT200 & RYT500 Movement & Mobility coach through CrossFit Group Fitness Instructor, GEX NETA “Yoga flows through every aspect of my life, both on and off the mat."
