I got my first glimpse of yoga when the Beatles traveled to Rishikesh, India in the late 60’s.
Unfortunately it would be over 30 years before I could study with a qualified instructor—but once I did, I was hooked. This year I hopped a plane to Rishikesh, yoga capital of the world, and became a registered yoga teacher! Yoga is for everyone and that is how I approach each class. It does not matter what your age, sex or body type is, together we will find your very own perfect “down dog”. I make yoga accessible, with no expectations or competition—just joy in breathing and moving.
