My favorite place to be is on my mat. The mental, emotional, physical and spiritual strength yoga has brought to my life, the community & connections, the love. It has taught me patience, gratitude and to always have an open heart. When I went into yoga teacher training at Zuda I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I just jumped headfirst (as I always do with everything in life) and I’m so grateful I did. It helped me grow internally and externally. It’s a practice to learn on your mat and to share that energy out in the world. I can’t imagine my life without yoga🤍 And now I get to share that energy with you all
