About
Nzingah (E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP) is a passionate wellness educator, yoga teacher, and cultural wellness practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts.
A certified 500-hour yoga teacher and lifelong student, Nzingah blends her deep understanding of yogic philosophy with a culturally rooted, trauma-informed approach to make yoga accessible, empowering, and transformative. As the founder of Yes Baby I Like It Raw, she integrates plant-based nutrition, mindfulness, and movement to support holistic healing. Her classes range from vinyasa and restorative yoga to yogalates and Pilates sculpt—always with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and inner awareness. Nzingah’s yoga journey began as part of her own path to healing from chronic illness. She has since taught thousands of students in both in-person and virtual settings—from underserved communities to municipal wellness programs, and across global wellness retreats. She brings warmth, intention, and cultural depth to every class, creating inclusive spaces where students feel supported, seen, and inspired to reconnect with themselves.
