My personal yoga practice began over years ago and has evolved through time Initially I looked to yoga for "fitness" but with guidance from wonderful teachers I have found so much more in the entire practice beyond asana Yoga has been a wonderful benefit to my nervous system by keeping my body & mind healthy and connected Im excited to share the practice through teaching I focus on alignment concentration and building strength through asana while always honoring the roots and rich history of the practice Ive been fortunate to learn from exceptional people My YTT teachers were Annie Carpenter & Britni Serou Two other teachers who have also had deep impact on my personal practice are Diana Oppenheim and Jason Bowman Kandace Espinosa is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS.
