Karen is a member of the National Yoga alliance, certified 200 hr RYT (registered yoga teacher) and completed her training through Abhyaasa yoga studio in Naperville, Illinois. Karen specializes in Goat yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative, kids yoga, outdoor yoga events, as well as, senior chair yoga! Yoga truly is for everyone!
