Karmin is RYT-500 certified and completed her training in Hatha yoga, with training in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Gentle, Chair, Children's, and Basic yoga class instruction. Karmin specializes in Yin, Restorative and Gentle yoga, helping students to bring balance back to the nervous system and achieve a deep state of relaxation and connection between the body, mind and breath. In addition to RYT-500, Karmin is also certified as a Brain Longevity Specialist through the Alzheimer's Research & Prevention Foundation, completing additional CEU's recognized by Yoga Alliance, focusing on using yoga and Kirtan Kriya meditation to enhance memory and brain longevity in older populations.
