Kathy received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Oregon University, majoring in management and minoring in psychology. Not wanting a 9 to 5, she answered her true calling after a series of events that led her to her first yoga teacher training in 2020. She is a Reiki Master and is certified in past life regressions, meditation, yoga nidra, and sound healing. Meditation and yoga are an integral part of her life, and she credits those with the opening of Bliss Yoga & Wellness.
