Katherine Moore

She's the owner and director of The Hidden Yoga Studio in Niwot, CO, the founder and former director of The Connecticut Yoga Center, and the founder and current director of Sadhana West Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Immersions. She holds a 200-hour Teaching certification from The Center for Yoga in Amherst, Massachusetts. She's studied ISHTA Yoga with Alan Finger, Sanskrit with Manorama and Siva Tigunait, Restorative Yoga with Judith Hansen Lasater and YogaSpirit with Kim Valeri. However, her practice and her teaching really came alive in 2002 when she met her current teacher, Yogarupa Rod Stryker. Sharing the path of Tantra and the lineage of Sri Vidya is now her life’s work. She was initiated into the lineage of Sri Vidya in 2004 and has completed her 500-hour training in Para Yoga. She is continuing her studies with Pandit Rajmani Tigunait from the Himalayan Institute, whom she has studied with since 2009. She completed the HI 500 TT program in 2021 and is an E-RYT 500. As a wife and mother of four children she knows the importance of a sense of humor and she brings it to class. She specializes in weaving the Dharma of Yoga into a flowing class with an energetic theme. Her classes are fun, energizing, and transformative!
