YA acknowledges the completion of RYT500 with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). I love to teach! Beginner, Power, Vinyasa, Stretch, Gentle, Corporate, Sculpt, Private...it's all good stuff! I continue to dig deeper into the "why's" of yoga. Why does it feel so good? Why do I keep wanting to return to my mat even when some days it doesn't feel so good? Why has it been practiced for THOUSANDS of years? Why, why, why..... Bringing those things I find to my students so we can all continue to grow in our practice, wherever we may be in our practice.
